If you hold a policy with another provider, I am always happy to email a receipt to you but cannot guarantee that you will be able to claim the costs back from your provider.

What shall I bring?
If you have undergone any investigations (MRI, x-ray, blood tests) for your condition and have access to this information, please bring this with you. If you have undergone a surgical procedure, or are due to undergo a surgical procedure for your condition, please bring along any documents detailing this information e.g. a clinic letter or discharge summary.
What shall I wear?
Please wear something comfortable and appropriate for the area of your injury to be assessed thoroughly e.g. shorts for a knee injury. Your modesty will be respected at all times. Changing facilities are available.
Can I bring someone with me?
You are welcome to bring a friend or relative with you to your appointment. If you are under the age of 18, I require that an appropriate adult attends for the duration of your session. If you require a translator, please arrange for this prior to your appointment.
What if I can no longer attend an appointment?
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible via phone or email so that the appointment can be made available to someone else. Unfortunately if you have booked an appointment and cancel within 24 hours, or do not attend, a charge of 100% of the appointment fee will be applied.
